The online booking system was excellent, resulting in very quick response AND firm appointment. I was informed promptly of a delay (due to an emergency)- but the engineer (David Meade) arrived before the re-planned time. DM did a first class piece of work, explaining what he found (previous services had not been at all complete, as I had suspected), and what he was doing to restore the boiler's efficiency. Result: boiler much quieter at start-up and hardly audible in the house when running, reduced oil usage expected, heat output seems higher. DM explained the invoice fully, made note of items he promised to follow up, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Well done, David, and thank you for a professional job.
